Return & Defective Product Policy
We take quality seriously. Every product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer a return or replacement under the conditions below.
Mandatory Proof Requirement
To be eligible for a return due to a defect, the customer must record a continuous, unedited video of the entire unboxing process, starting from the sealed package and clearly showing:

The shipping label

The package opening
-
The product inside
-
The defect in question

Clear audio throughout the video
Important Notes:

The video must be recorded before using or trying the product.

Photos alone are not sufficient. Complete video footage is compulsory.

Edited, cut, paused, or unclear videos will not be accepted.

Claims without proper video proof will be rejected without exception.
Return Eligibility

Requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
