Return & Defective Product Policy

We take quality seriously. Every product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer a return or replacement under the conditions below.

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To be eligible for a return due to a defect, the customer must record a continuous, unedited video of the entire unboxing process, starting from the sealed package and clearly showing:


  • The shipping label

  • The package opening

  • The product inside

  • The defect in question

  • Clear audio throughout the video

Important Notes:


  • The video must be recorded before using or trying the product.

  • Photos alone are not sufficient. Complete video footage is compulsory.

  • Edited, cut, paused, or unclear videos will not be accepted.

  • Claims without proper video proof will be rejected without exception.

Return Eligibility


  • Requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.

Non-Returnable Cases


  • Size or color preference issues

  • Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen differences

  • Damage caused after delivery or due to improper handling

We reserve the right to approve or reject return requests after reviewing the provided evidence.
